SCP clinicians have extensive experience of assisting the family courts in care proceedings, and contact and residence disputes. SCP clinicians work to current guidelines regarding timescales and costs.
SCP accepts referrals directly from solicitors and from intermediary agencies to assist in the assessment and understanding of the impact of trauma on psychological well being. SCP will provide diagnoses (using ICD-10 and DSM-IV) and advise on the psychological impact of trauma on the individual, prognosis and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
