Miss Kelly Reynolds is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) for common mental health problems such as depression, PTSD, OCD, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, panic, and phobias.
She has a number of years experience of working in NHS services. She began her career as a support worker and progressed to training in low and high CBT.
She has a special interest in mental health linked to long-term physical health. She has attended specialist training in adapting CBT for people with long-term conditions such as chronic pain, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome/myalgic encephalomyelitis, life after cancer, coronary heart disease, persistent physical symptoms, and related mental health difficulties.
She works within an evidence-based framework, ensuring you get the most effective treatment while still allowing space for your individual styles and stories.
She continues to develop her practice and is training in Narrative Exposure Therapy.
